}It is not a configuration choice. The Family ID and Scholarship surfaces are used by households with children, and Section 9(3) prohibits tracking and behavioural advertising directed at children outright — with a ₹200 crore ceiling attached. So the toggle is present, disabled, and labelled, rather than hidden: a citizen who looks for it should be able to see that the answer is no.
