Monthly Compliance Reports

SL-02

The standing report from the DPO to the department head and the oversight portal. Two pages, monthly, whether or not anything happened — a report only produced when there is good news is not a monitoring function.

Why the concerns section matters

A monthly report that only lists progress trains the reader to stop reading it. The concerns section is what makes the report evidence: it establishes when leadership was told, in writing, that a specific obligation was not being met. That record protects the DPO and forces the decision to sit where it belongs.
